This document sets out the terms of use on which you may make use of the website www.ashleyko.co.uk (the “website”) (the “Terms & Conditions”). Please read these terms & conditions carefully before you start to use the site. By using this website, you indicate that you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you agree to abide by them.

www.ashleyko.co.uk is a site operated by Ashley Ko (the “Writer”).

ACCESSING THE SITE

You will need an internet connection and a browser to access the pages on this website and to use the features we provide. Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis, and the Writer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the site without notice (see below).

The Writer will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms & Conditions, and that they comply with them.

If you are a parent or guardian and provide your consent to your child’s use of the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in respect of your child’s use of the site.

MEMBERS

Anyone who registers their details on this website becomes a member.

All members will have access to our adult story section and the contents within it.

All members must be 18 years old and over. If you are below 18 years old, please refrain from using this website.

Some members will have the opportunity to get one bespoke poem per month.

This will only be available to those members who;

• have been registered for at least 3 months on this website; and

• have followed the Writer on Instagram (@ashleykolondon) for at least 3 months. 

The procedure for getting this poem is as follows;

• The member must send an email to the Writer here, in each specific month asking for a poem.

• The email should detail what the member would like the poem to be about.

• If no details are provided, a poem of the Writer's own choice will be provided.

• The request must be made every month.

• While the Writer will endeavor to provide the poem in the specific month, the Writer reserves the right to provide the poem at any time and in any month.

• While the Writer will endeavor to meet the member's details, the Writer reserves the right to choose whether or not to rewrite any poems written that may not be to the member's liking.

• All poems written for this purpose remain the property of the Writer and acknowledgment must be given to the Writer (for example - Poem by Ashley Ko) when posting or publishing them on any website, document or media.

• The Writer reserves the right to post any poems written for this purpose on any media, such as Instagram or this website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The copyright in the material is owned by the Writer and/or its content suppliers. Those works are protected by UK and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All such rights are reserved.

Unauthorized use of the material including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or publication without the prior written consent of the Writer and the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited. Documents (including information, images, photos, logos, names and icons) may not be downloaded, altered or adapted without the prior written permission of the copyright holders on this website for any purpose except for personal, non-commercial use.

Ashley Ko’s status (and that of any identified contributors) as the author of the content on the site must always be acknowledged.

Should the Writer receive any complaint with regard to third party material on this Site, it will review the matter and remove material at its sole discretion.

The Writer will have no further liability to any party in such instance.
